Disgusting Service

The service I have received is nothing short of shocking. 7 weeks prior to moving to my new home I contacted Telkom to arrange a relocation. 8 calls and a week after I have now moved, no one has done anything. Every call I am promised feedback and that the situation will be resolved and each time nothing has happened. One call centre person actually outright **** to me and told me it was arranged when nothing was done. Just useless. I am now paying for a service I have no access to and no doubt whoever is in my old apartment is having a grand time with some free services.
