Disgusting service

So it seems this is the only way to go to get a response from Telkom. I have placed two orders with Telkom, one order was placed two months ago and after many phone calls to Telkom and many phone cAll received not one person that has promised to provide feedback has done so. Not sure what these people are being paid to do but anyway.

Last week a dri er wanted to deliver but the original query has not yet been resolved so I have no idea what I was going to sign for.

I hope I get a response this morning
