Disgusting service

Telkom is Shocking.

I order a phone online and a debit order goes off my account - yet i still have not received the phone. The tracking number they gave me is incorrect, and even after 24hrs which they told me to wait, still i can not track the parcel. when i call their customer care i have to wait 20+ minute holding....waiting for the 'next available agent'. I just want them to cancel the whole thing - their service is pathetic...
