Disgusting service

I app**** for adsl on the 14th of April, each time i call i get a different story, when asked to speak to a manager im told i have to wait for a call back , i keep making myself available as i keep getting a message from the courier that it will be delivered today and then nonone shows up , i end up calling you guys again and again and again but my issue keeps getting "escalated" , All you need to do is allocate my number and then get me an appointment booked with a technician, what the hell guys? This is painful, you are *********** and nobody seems to know what they are doing and nobody does what they say they are going to do, pathetic man!
