DISGUSTING SERVICE

Our landline has been out of order for about three weeks. We have reported the problem at four different occasions. The initial reference was followed up by a phone call. We were told a technician would come out to the premises the next day. What a joke - no one came. Yesterday a lady did come - not very interested- said the noise on the line is caused by the router - What a joke!!!Landline still not sorted. We reported it yet again on line. In the same time because of the Telkom issue - we experience the internet extremely slow. What more must be done - before Telkom would send a technician to resolve the issue? To say the least the service from Telkom is absolutely disgusting. No one seem to take pride in their jobs!! Mrs. S Olivier
