DISGUSTING SERVICE

since 8th January i have been waiting for a technician from Telkom to come and install an additional jack at home so i can put in a 2nd phone. continues phone calls, holding on for over 20 minutes before i even get to speak to someone is useless because i get told the same thing. this matter has been escalated to the IT dept, i will be called back. 8 calls later and still no -one has called me from telkom to advise why i am now waiting 3 months. disgusting service
