Disgusting service

What shocking service. I ordered the unlimited home package. I paid my deposit and I get a date for installation and then the technician comes he has the wrong order and only comes to install a normal phone line. I phone the call centre about 10 times each time it takes about 15 minutes for them to answer and every time it's a different story and still I don't get any answers. This is totally unaceptable. Waiting all day and taking a days unpaid leave for nothing
