Disgusting service

Telkom is the worst service provider that I know!! I would not recommend anybody to make use of this pathetic service provider. To be specific the telkom branch in the n1 city mall( consultant Shana) has absolutely no customer service s****s!!! The waiting periods is disgusting hanging on the client services lines for more than 30 minutes.. I do not recommend any1 to go to telkom!!!!!!!! Poor poor poor service!!!
