Disgusting service

Level of Service at Telkom has gone down tremendously. Since last year we have been trying to get our landline fix. I have logged numerous faults but none of them have been attempted. Every time I follow up with their customer service I am told that the technician has completed the fault. It's now 2018 and the line is still not fixed. Last year October we were recommended for a fixed line look alike, 2 months later I was told that the order is stuck on the system therefore the device cannot be dispatched. January 2018 we requested for a regubd since the line is not working and seemingly it cannot be fixed. We were given the dispute form to fill and again they told us there is a 14 day period for the refund to be deposited to our bank account. 2 months later the refund is still coming, customer service us continuously logging calls every time I follow up and the fix line look alike was never delivered. The arrogance that we get as customers at Telkom has left us with a bitter taste. I would not think twice to quite all their services should there be another competitor in this country. Telkom sucks!!!!
