Disgusting service.

When I took out my contract with Telkom about 4 or 5 months ago, I delt with a consultant at Bayside Mall Telkom and she was the worst service consultant. In my contract it stated I will be receiving a TV Box. After signing for my contract, the consultant was very quick to say goodbye so another client/customer can attend to her. I was confused and had questions but was pushed away. So when leaving the store, im left with the impression of they would deliver the TV Box when installing my uncapped line and modem. For the last 4 to 5 months, i have had my wifi installed but nothing has come about the TV Box. I had left the store with terrible service. I spoke to a consultant and they said the consultant I had took the contract has gone on leave. So no communication to us as a client about when receiving the box. Then when I spoke to this consultant, he promised me he would contact me after a few days, Its now been 4 days and still no phone call. But what makes everything worse is that the new promotion thats going to be launched, there is a TV Box included in the contract. HOW CAN YOU PROMISE SOMETHING IN A CONTRACT AND NOT HAVE ANY ITEMS???
