disgusting service

Trying to get any help from Telkom is an absolute sin. On my new contract my CLI has not been activated. Call the customer service every single day for the past month and no one can help, they do not know what is happening. Empty promises of calling you back from management. Worst customer service ever. Account debited every month but not full benefits available. I have three contracts with Telkom, but it has been an uphill battle with these guys and their empty promises.
