I have a contract with Telkom with an agreement for a debit order to go off on the last day of the month, but since I have been with the they have never sticked to that arrangement, I subsequently get charges for back payments and my sim being suspended for weeks, I finally decided to change banks to try and resolve this, my simcard has been suspended from September 23 to date, when I call their contact centre there's no assistance, its been over a week now since they deducted from my account but I still can't use my sim, I took this contract for business but that is not happening Telkom is failing me and I am using clients, if my sim card will only be activated after 14 days then what am I paying for monthly? I cannot sit with a suspended sim card for 2 weeks and be billed for 4 weeks at the end of the month what about the other 2 weeks I have not been using the service? I regret taking out a contract with Telkom I should have stayed with Vodacom though they're expensive but they're the future and worth it
Good day
