Disgusting service

The most appalling service received from Telkom. Call centre agents placing me on MUTE for 15 mins on end IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SENTENCE, having to explain the same story over and over again "my house burned down , nobody is able to live there anymore, could you please relocate the line" over and over like a Damn parrot. Managers making empty promises , setting expectations for call backs and NOT DELIVERING. Technicians coming out and NOT HAVING THEIR EQUIPMENT! Looking retarded when you ask them "how the hell do you not have your EQUIPMENT?" What do I have to do to get my line relocated??? MAJOR disappointment.
