disgusting service

I went to the Telkom in CAPE TOWN the one right opposite the train station. I went there about 4 weeks ago to enquirer about taking out a contract phone , they suggested i take the HUAWEI P10 lite as it was on R273 if i'm not mistaken, its was around that price range, they took all my documents and they told me that I will receive a call in the next 48 hours to see if I have been approved . I waited for two/ three weeks without receiving a call and decided to go back and see why no one has called me and 48 hours has long passed. When I got there I was probably the fourth person in the Que , one of the assistance came to me and asked how she could help I explained the situation, she took my id and came back saying that "it was not approved because you're new" that was all she said. I asked one of the other advisers to please explain to me because I have accounts and one phone contact from another company, so Do I not qualify for that amount? or I don't qualify at all? All I wanted was for someone to explain to me but no one bothered , instead they gave me an attitude and laughed saying you don't qualify without any explanation whatsoever. Horrible customer care.
