DISGUSTING SERVICE
ON 31 May 2015 I received correspondence from Hilary Pea**** concerning my complaint and since then till know nobody from Telkom has ever contacted concerning my complaint all i know is that it has been escalated.This is totally not good customer service at all and is disgusting cause people on the 10210 do not do what they say they going to do and no reference numbers are ever given .
