Disgusting Service

I went to Telkom Keywest Mall to buy Mobile Data with my wife. I arrived there 15:09 on Saturday 28 November 2020. A lady from teller 6 called us for assisted after waiting for 50min only to be told only 1 speed point working out of 8. We waited for more an hour without assistance. Whites people were assist before us, meanwhile they came after us. Is it because of Color of our skin. Your service is horrible. I don't think I will renew my contract after the service I received. We were unable to buy data as no one was willing to assist.
