Disgusting Service

<p>I called in and spoke to an agent named Thabang Mogotsi and he was totally disrespectful and he even insulted me for asking to speak to a team leader. To make meter's worse he even called my on my cell no and insulted me. I want action to be taken against him for the disrespect that he uttered towards me and I also want a verbal apology from the agent for being extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.</p>
