Disgusting Service.

We are really not happy with the services we have been getting from Telkom.

My elderly mother took a contract phone in 2016 and contract was ending in 2018. Till today this contract phone has not been cancelled. We have been going around in circles trying to resolve this matter and we are really getting no joy from this. We have been calling the contact center and going to Telkom Maponya store and till today we are still sitting with a problem.

We are now being billed for a contract that was supposed to end in 2018. We called in to cancel and we have not received a cancellation letter.

We have had enough with Telkom, we need this case to be closed and resolved promptly!
