Disgusting service

I am completely disgusted with the service received from Telkom's technical department. On 24 December 2020 I had logged a fault because I had no internet connection. One 29 December 2020 a technician had come out to check the fault, at that point I had been advised that it is a cabling issue and the fault will be escalated to the Cabling department. On 30 December 2020 the fault was closed and marked as resolved however it was not resolved. I called the call centre and escalated, spoke to a manager by the name of Msindisi Krawe who advised that he needs to log a new fault and attempted to escalate the matter. On 31 December 2020 Msindisi arranged for a technician to come to my place to review the fault. The technician was unable to resolve the fault because the Caling department had not fixed the issue. Msindisi promised me that the Cabling department will resolved the query on 2 January 2021, I received an email from Msindisi on 2 January 2021 to advise that the technician will only be able to come out on 4 January 2021. No technician came, I contacted the call centre 5 times on 4 January 2021, spoke to a manager or team leader by the name of Andiswa who promised me that she will escalate the matter and call me back. I did not receive a callback from her. I called back to the call centre and escalated to a manager by the name of Kolekile, he promised me that he will contact me. I have not received any feedback. I not sure why paying customers are required to beg Telkom to provide a service.
