Disgusting service

I have a contract with Telkom, a rooter and mobile device. My rooter was disconnected due Telkom*a system issues they had. After 10 calls made to Telkom I was told it would be escalated and was given a ref no ***9 and was informed it would be reinstated in 24 hours. Hell it's been more than a week still my rooter hasn't been activated but they have the audacity to send me a bill of what I usually pay and both my lines are not open lines. I call back today and am told my case was closed with no feedback and my rooter is still not activated. Am livid on the service Telkom gives and it's not the first time
