Disgusting service

Appalling service. No internet for over 3 weeks. Frustrated as lodge numerous calls but nobody seems to know what they doing. Been told what the problem is from a previous Telkom employee as he has identied problem but unable to help although I'm relaying to Telkom. About to cancel contract and request refund of months charges
