Disgusting Process

I am so ****ed and disgusted with Telkom. why was I handed over when i made the payment if Full for the month of February and March? i was told that my debit order will go off as pf the month of April to my surprised no debit order went off till date and i was Informed of my account being in areas. i spoke to Ntokozo Ngozi whom i requested to speak to the senior and she Informed me they are in a meeting everyone of them, how only she knows and i know she was lying because thats what the seniors do when they don't want to speak to clients. Darryl Makhanya is the supervisor for Ntokozo. Telkom better sort out this issue before i loose when I don't understand how are you handed over to collector for missing just a month. I am so ****en disgusted honestly. my debit order did not go off after numerous calls made to Telkom when they in actual fact told me lies about my debit order going back to normal after i paid in advance for the new month. my account is with debt collectors as we speak for what only they know. I am in areas again for the **** fault they made on their side to keep me on debt collectors. Telkom better fix my **** and open my account because they did not have a ****en decency to tell me that i am with debt collectors when i thought my debit order is going to go off as usual on the 25th of every month.

Telkom better fix my account before i loose it. completely with them.
