DISGUSTING, POOR AND UTTER *******!!!!!!!!

I am still awaiting a response or solution to my escalation, Suhail the ******** rude utterly unhelpful person makes calls from his personal line why because he dropped my phone I will not ACCEPT THE PHONE HE OFFERS yet I am paying a fixed amount. The phone has been with you guys since December 2021. I want a call immediately as I am paying, WE TRYING TO CALL THE STORE NO ANSWER. IT IS EITHER YOU REFURBISH ME WITH MY SAME BRAND NEW PHONE OR THE PHONE I REQUESTED.
