Disgusting ,pathetic service

<p>I am extremely disgusted with Telkom. You people call me on the 22/01/2017 and promised me that the area manager would contact me on 23/01/2017 and finally get my problem resloved, which has been on going for probably 7 months now. Get someone who can make decisions to contact me, i do not want false promises from your *********** staff who can't do anything about this problem!</p>
