Disgusting & Pathetic Customer Service

Finrite is the worst insurance company i have ever come across. To be making my payments every month on time every time and to get such service is unbelievable I waited for over 45 min just to get through to their call center. After collecting all the required documentation for my claim, I emailed it back to them and the email came back saying their mailbox is full. Will someone ever get back to me? Im so frustrated
