Disgusting obnoxious attitude

Long story short there is the most rude female customer service consultant at the Telkom walk in store at the garden route mall. She NEVER smiles, she treats you with as if you are bothering her. She doesn't explain thind properly and gives you a real f*ck you stare. She huffs and sighs and talks to you while leaning on her hand as if to say you aren't worth her attention. She even had the audacity to tell me i must change my attitude after the assistant manager cleared up my query within 2 minutes positively. This is the 3rd run in with her and she doesn't even remember because I think she ****es off so many customers she doesn't even remember! Absolutely disgusting!
