Disgusting non service

Debit order has gone of on the 01st of March but lines still not reconnected... I fail to understand that some of your customers are required a percentage of their bill and the line gets reconnected but we pay the full outstanding amount and it's always a struggle to get reconnected or get through to customer care line.... This is frustrating as it is not the first time that this happens. If we don't have extra Sims connected it's the debit order returning coz of insufficient funds but we know what's our bill and I have a funny feeling that you are trying to debit another account from us since I receive that person's bill and communication. I would like a call urgently on ***
