Disgusting money ******s

In early 2020 I had taken out a contract with telkom for unlimited data, then in August same year I had to relocate due to work. The place I moved to, I soon found out didn't have coverage so I went to telkom to cancel my contract. The charged me the cancelation fee and for the router and I paid the amount as agreed.

Well and fine, five months later (Jan 2021) a get a debit order from Telkom for almost R500, I reversed and cancelled it because I had nothing to do with telkom by that time. Silence.

Come April/May 2021 I started getting calls from dept collectors because apparently I owed telkom money. I went to a telkom branch and explained the situation to the agent, the logged in a ticket for me and told me someone from telkom will call me and rectify the situation.

An agent calls a few days later, I tell him the issue again and he gives me an email, tells me to forward all my correspondence from the time of cancelation, my proof of payment, and he will clear my name as I didn't owe telkom. Happily, I do as told then I go about my day.

Till today, even with the countless emails, I still get calls from dept collectors because of telkom.

Highly disgusted and disappointed. I'm not gonna pay money I don't owe, telkom can go suck it.
