Disgusting instore service

I have never been so disgusted and disturbed by the service I received from your Telkom retail store in Cape Town, City center. I went to the store on Monday, 16/01/2023 as I was ****** the previous Sunday and I needed to do a Sim swap. Prior to this I have done a sim swap at century city about a year ago and I was advised it would take 4 hours for my number to be active, however when I went to the cape town store on Monday, 16/01/2023, I was told it would take 4 days due to my contract sim being in arrears. I asked the agent, Emilio what does that contract number have to do with my prepaid number that I was performing a sim swap on, he advised that as my ID number is linked, he has to send it to back office to approve. I waited the 4 days and on Friday, which was the fifth day, I went back to the store, where I was assisted by another rude agent by the name of Nobhanga. She checked the system and advised that it's still with back office and that some people are on leave. When I asked for this to be escalated, she advised that Emilio had to escalate this as he is the one who assisted me with the sim swap on Monday. I left the store frustrated and on Monday, 23/01/2023, I went to the store again as my sim was still not active, this Nobhanga lady called me and referred me back to Emilio for assistance. When I go to him, he was completely unprofessional after telling me that my sim will be active and that he needs to load my sim details on the system, and it will be active shortly. When I queried why on day 8 am i being given this information and why did I have to come into store for this to be actioned, I am met with unprofessionalism and rudeness as he said he told me this. I said to him, he never told me this as he only told me to wait four days for the sim card to be active and it wasn't. I then asked to speak to his manager, and he said he will get him, and he then proceeded to make me wait without getting his manager. I asked his colleague Nobhonga to speak to the Manager and she told me that her colleague must get him. When I tried to explain the situation to her as she was the one, I spoke to the previous Friday, she said very rudely that she is busy. I asked her, how can she speak to a customer this way as it is completely unprofessional. Thereafter Emilio called his Manager Yusuf who apologized for the service I received and then Emilio very loudly said it's because my account is in arrears in front of his manager and other customers in the store. I responded by saying, so that is why I am getting the service I am getting because my account is in arrears. I then informed them that I will be taking this further and if nothing is done by Telkom to either dismiss or reprimand the mentioned employees, I will be taking this further as I left that store feeling worthless. The store address is listed below.
