Disgusting, insensitive, pathetic bunch of fools!

For over a week, I'm trying to do a sim swop. The manager, Sudesh is an unapologetic man who doesn't want to help. His staff is a bunch of *********** fools. The call centre is equally useless. Menzi , supposedly the manager, promised to call back. He never did. I wasted hundreds of rands in petrol going from one store to another to get help but all are equally pathetic. None of them want to help or maybe none of them are competent enough. Does Telkom employ only Grade 1 qualified staff??? They are always offline, yet they advertise for \unlimited summer"deals. I have 3 contracts with them and guess what? I will cancel all 3 contracts. My son and daughter were also going to take contracts with Telkom this month but this horrific incident has left us all reeling. I have went through an hijacking ordeal - thats how my cell phone went. I am already traumatised"
