Disgusting, dissatisfied, never again

Last year, I signed up for a 1 x FreeMe Promo All-Net Voice Minutes with an R80 payment Monthly for 200 minutes Monthly. To date, I'm only receiving 100 Minutes and I can't top up because it's not a top up contract. How am I supposed to do business on a cell phone of 100 minutes a Month. I've been trying to sort this out since November last year - Service is beyond pathetic. Get sent all over the place, phone this one, phone that one, meanwhile I'm losing! Not at all Impressed!!!!
