Disgusting customer service from Telkom Alberton City

I have been a customer for Telkom for many years, started using the wifi and cell phone contract. I went to Alberton City branch and asked that they call Eastgate branch, and asked the Manager Thando to call Eastgate as they number they provided is not working. I've never seen such attitude from a Branch Manager whom she is unbothered to even see the customer, I have to complain to the staff despite my request to see the Manager.
