Disgusting customer service from Precious at Telkom Galleria

Im appalled and disgusted by the service I received from a lady named Precious who was working at teller 4 at Telkom Galleria today (16/05/24). I was needing to do a very urgent sim swap as my phone had been ****** and the number I have is linked to every thing I have, and very important things at that. She let me know that the number is under someone else and she could not help me. As I did not understand because the number came with my phone I asked for more clarity if the number had been recycled or it was always registered ybder this person. She immediately dismissed me and told me there is nothing she can help me with. That moment she is chewing bubble gum and is not at the slightest welcoming or looking like she is willing to help. Now as a person who has just got they phone ****** and was very stressed about needing my number back I think it is understandable how incredibly frustrating and upsetting this must have been adding to the many stresses I already have. Im not upset at the fact that she could not assist me if her hands were really tied. its the unwillingness to help and the attitude she gave me through out this whole interaction that left me appalled. Leaving the store I was so clearly upset that another co worker had to follow me and ask me if I was okay. even if I was wishing to get another SIM card from Telkom I could not even proceed with that or wish to ever use Telkom again because of my experience today.
