Disgusting customer service by agent and failure to cancel contract

<p>iv been trying to cancel this contract all of June, i was given a form by an incompetant agent named sthabiso hlongwe, he sent me the form, gave me an email addrss that also can be found on thier stupid form, it keeps rejecting and saying undelivered, i sent him the screen shot of thier email address, copied in thier customer service agents who in turn sent me another form saying my req was never recieved, this agent sthabiso did no forward my email to the relavant department since well the email rejects he has been silent ever since by we did have a back n forward convo after he sent the form. i do not want any data from TELKOM or airtime, and my account debited in june. . so help me God that i see a debit order.</p>
