Disgusting customer service

I've been waiting for emails and texts from telkom agents.I am trying to pay off and settle my accounts as I hate dealing with *********** staff and processes. Yesterday I went to telkom in Montclair and the advisor refused to even assist me and said it's not her fault the call Centre agents did not send the information ,I should call them again and moved on to look at her phone.

That's the type of staff you chose to represent your brand it's disgusting.

With such ****py service you guys don't even deserve the one star.
