Disgusting consultants and terrible business ethics

I have been trying to cancel Telkom business lines from the 25th of June and am still being billed. There is now an outstanding amount of over R12000.00 further more I am loosing business as the main number from the account was to be transferred to another business account. I have been into 3 Telkom stores and was told by the manager at the Pavilion KZN branch that I would get more joy if I posted a complaint on hello Peter. So lets hope I do
