DISGUSTING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
The most disgusting company to have any service with. I want to cancel my line and they make it impossible. I will end all my services with them now. NO ASSISTANCE WHEN YOU CALL IN. TOLD TO CREATE A PROFILE AND LINK ACCOUNT AS THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL IS ON LINE THROUGH YOUR LINKED PROFILE AND SERVICE. THEN THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO LINK YOUR SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WORST SERVICE EVER AND YOU CANNOT CANCEL.

I hate this company and will now be cancelling the mobile device accounts I have with Telkom. Please can someone out there advise me on what action I can take and all the governing bodies that deal with kind of absolute abuse.
