Disgusting company and service
Disgusting service, I called on Friday to get a settlement balance for my account theblady I spoke to sent me banking details and a ref number to make for EFT, I made the payment and called back just to find out the girl gave me the wrong ref number. This is disgusting as I made a huge payment amount now I apparently have to wait 7 working days for this payment to be reallocate. This is not my issue that you gave me the wrong eft ref I'm disgusted and refuse to wait 7 days

04 Mar 2024, 11:15I called again and spike to agent by the name of Amamdla, I requested to speak to his manager by the name of Masilo and the manager refused to speak to me, the agent was so rude on the call and kept speaking and shouting over me. If this is not sorted by today I will go directly to ombudsman
