Disgusting client services

<p>I have been handed over after lodging a complaint with Telkom for false advertising and misrepresentation. I took out a Christmas in July contract last year, the deal was for a Hauwei P 8 lite including data and voice minutes for R 139,00 per month. They have been debiting me for R600,00 up to R 4000,00. I have called, e-mailed and visited a branch. They have been sending me follow up e-mails stating that they are attending to my complaint, however they still try debit me and now have handed me over to attorneys. This is disgusting customer care and is now affecting my credit record!!</p>
