disgusting client care

a couple of days ago I app**** online for a telkom account in order to get internet. A lady called me today with regards to this but she does not listen. I clearly stated my area with the area code and she still persists to tell me that I live in 2 different areas because she has the disgusting inability to use her ears. She put me on hold twice and when (I would guess) she could not find the area because as usual she did not listen she dropped the phone after putting me on hold without warning. She did not even have the decency to try and contact me again. This is not how such a well known and what should be respected company should be treating potential clients. I am really not impressed.
