DISGUSTING bad service&attitude

Is there a ZERO option BECAUSE Tell on is -0 on service. Tell on inconvenienced me for 8months BECAUSE of incompetence, NEGLIGENCE. Long story short they fixed the problem partially. The account was stil a mess Very kind manager in charge send through the credits they granted for their bad service, and payment proof to accounts TO IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT DELAY CONNECT MY SERVICE. TOTAL IGNORANCE. I AM STILL WITHOUT A CONNECTION LISING HUNDREDS OF RANDS E V E R Y. D A Y!!! They get a paycheque so why would they worry....by the way we the account holder put their bread on the table, it is our money ensuring a paycheque!! DISGUSTING, ***********, lying, NEGLIGENCE.
