DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM YOUR LADY STAFF MEMBER

<p>went toone of your store on sunday to do a sim swap there was a lonng queue that I had to endure, finally i got to the front after 20 or 30 min and then this lady tells me that my numbe is registered on somebody elses name and I was so astounded cause when I bought my simcard it was ricard with my documents, so asked her which of my numbers she had on the system she told me she cant tell me but she had my documentation , then I said fine can you sell me another sim card , and she told to go back to the queue when I was there for 20 to 30 min I became furious and i started making noise , do we really have to be violent before we get good service? this lady has a stinking attitude she doesnt deserve to deal with customers , she has no customer etiquecy she thinks that shop is her grannys ****a shop , this nonsense has to stop we cannot take it when we are treated like this, I am so disgusted right no, something has to be done.</p>
