DISGUSTING attitude at Telkom Trade Route Mall

There is absolutely NO service nor respect for customers at the Telkom Trade Route Branch of Telkom. The staff were disrespectful and rude towards me when I was looking for a consultant to assist my friend with a Sim shop. There were 3 staff members inside an open room who were NOT interested in answering a question I asked. The question : "Is your Branch Online " to do a Sim stop please?" All three the females shouted at me that I'm not allowed to stand at the open door to ask them anything. Later a tall older male (staff) also ensued to shout at me and insult me by telling me that I could be a ******** looking to rob them...

WHAT TYPE of service of staff etiquette is this for a business???
