disgusting and *********** service telkom watercrest mall

In May 2018, I went to the telkom store in watercrest mall to take out a data contract a consultant by the name of siveshen assisted me .I was told by the consultant that I will get network coverage in the area I needed to use the wife ,only to find out a few hours later that there was no network coverage in that area .i immediately went back to the shop and had informed them about this and I asked them to cancell of the contract. I then filled out a cancell form and was told everything will be taken Care off .Later on in the month I was debited for the same contract ,I went back to the store and spoke to siveshen who told me that he would get me a refund and my details will be removed from they system . since then for the past 9 months I keep getting debited and I have to keep running up and down to the store and to the bank to get my refund, after talking to siveshen on the 5 month about this he had told me that another consultant by the name of Sean had taken over the issue .he had taken over my issue he went above and beyond to help me get the debit orders stop, which happened for 3 months in December I got another invoice that I will be debited again I then called the store and asked to talk to the manager yashika. i had explained to her my whole story regarding the debit orders ,she wasn't really interested in what was going on her response was that she will get Sean to call me back .As a manager she did acknowledge my issue, I was just passed on to the next person which is disgusting .Today I had got another invoice that saying I will be debited again ,I then went to the store and spoke to Sean regarding this and was told that he was get it sorted out for me .My point is that it's 9 months of hell running to the store .when they could of done they job right the first time around and stopped passing the issue fm one consultant to another has for the manager she never in the store when I go there and she never returns any calls back .
