Disgusting

I am appalled with how business is handled. I asked for no extra payments to be charged and now I am billed extra for an error they made on my debit date. This is honestly disgusting how business is handled and now I am asked to pay more than 1000 for a 399 contract. How? I don’t know and when you call them. The call centre agents are just as useless.
