Disgusting

My Wi-Fi and landline was moved and cancelled from my house without my knowledge and now I am told it cannot be returned and yet the debited yet the line is not working and I have no internet connection, I must now buy data when I have paid for Wi-Fi, I called 3 days in a row and no1 could help me but I'm told the line cannot be returned to my house and I have no idea why it's moved and who moved it, I will wait for you to respond before I take this to the ombudsmen
