The service at customer service is bad its like communicating with someone who has no clue of the products and services. I logged a ***** case last month( 6th of march 2018) its not solved even now all i have is more than 10 case numbers and a still on a queue answer everytime I query with their help desk

I have case numbers i.e ********** 8, ********** 4, ********** 6, ********** 0, ********** 7, ********** 9, ********** 9 the say the ***** case is resolved bt they do not know why i am still billed the amount of tge ********** account. Their services are bad they just don't care about customers. Everytime when i receive the statement I become stressed and so not even know what to do because there is no help at Telkom
