DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE

<p>i have been trying to get hold of a consultant for the past week now. All i need to do is just to upgrade my contract as it is ending this month. Everytime i speak to someone they tell me to speak to the sales department i get to the sales department after beong on hold for 50 min they tell me that they cant help as i need to soeak to the upgrade department i asked them to transfer me to that department and i get told that they cant . For **** sake i had my contract with you guys for 4 years and i have never recieved such *** service ever and im really considering to not continue!!!!!!!</p>
