Disgusted with the pathetic service of telkom

Hi I have app**** for an upgrade for a 4mbl last year 28 December 2017. I have made numerous calls to the call centre and chatting to various supervisors and managers but still my order is pending. Nobody at telkom can help me . Tomorrow starts today for telkom but for me the its gone 4months and the problem is still not resolved.
