Disgusted with Telkoms internet services

I am annoyed and disgusted with the service Telkom is providing!

I have tried to get hold of their customer service for so long and no one is picking up.My wifi rooter is giving me problems every month .I have enough data but the internet will shut down round about 7 o clock in the morning.The internet will be offline for 2weeks and be back to normal in the 2nd week.

I wish this contract can just end so that i can try a new supplier.
